6. Liability & Service Limitations

However, we do not guarantee specific financial or operational outcomes, as business success depends on numerous external factors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the consulting engagement in question.

7. Termination & Amendments

Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the terms specified in individual contracts.
